Ethical skincare involves making conscious decisions about the products we use, considering factors like sustainability, natural ingredients, and cruelty-free practices. There has been a significant rise in the popularity of vegan beauty brands. From deodorant, makeup to toiletries and artisan skincare sets, each unique and thoughtfully crafted or sourced with the planet in mind.

Rose Quartz Facial Polish

This time of year, my skin seems to go through a bit of a transition and become super dry and very sensitive. Rose Quartz Gua Sha
The Rose Quartz Gua Sha is a tool for facial massage that has been shaped perfectly to fit the structure of your face. It helps stimulates deep blood circulation and the look of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as reducing puffiness allowing the regeneration of skin cells.
Using the Love Your Skin Bundle in Your Routine
First, apply a small amount of the Rose Quartz Facial Polish onto your face, avoiding the eye area, and gently massage in circular motions. It is packed full of natural ingredients that will help buff away those dead skin cells, unclog your pores and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. Once, you have scrubbed all those impurities away, simply rinse off using warm water.
After cleansing apply 2-3 drops of the Rosehip Miracle Oil onto your fingers and gently into your face and neck. You could even add a few drops of the Rosehip Miracle Oil into your face cream for a lovely boost during your morning and evening skincare routine.
Perform Gua Sha
Place a generous amount of the Rosehip Miracle Oil to your face, neck, and chest then using the Rose Quartz Gua Sha tool begin to massage the skin to absorb those good nutrients into the skin. The oil will help the tool glide across your skin easily, just note you may need to reapply more throughout the process.
Holding the Rose Quartz Gua Sha at a 30-40 degree angle, gently pull and scrape across your skin. All movements should be upward and follow lymphatic flow. Repeat each movement three to five times before moving onto the next area of your skin.
Step-by-step
1. To sculpt the jaw, glide your tool upwards from the middle of your chin out towards the ear using a light to medium pressure to contour the jaw.
2. For the cheeks, use the longest side of the Rose Quartz Gua Sha. Start at the nose and work upwards in a sweeping motion along the cheeks and cheekbones, moving outwards toward your ear. Scrape once, then move down a bit and scrape again, move down a bit more to the middle of the chin and scrape again.
3. Next, move your focus to the undereye. Glide the tool from the inner corners near the nose, across the under-eye towards the temples. Repeat three times on each eye, then work the tool from the inside corner of the brow bone out to the temple area.

4. For the forehead you will need to flip the Rose Quartz stone so that the concaved side sits on your forehead. Start in the middle of your brow and pull it towards your hairline and once you feel you have got it in the centre of your face you can start moving it outwards.
5. Finally, it’s time to scrape from your jaw and earlobe down to the middle of your collarbone.
6. The Clean Sweep. For this, simply sweep from the centre of your forehead right under your hairline, down to your temple, down to your ear until you reach your neck. Do several times for a clean sweep.
