BIRCHBOX - March 2018: Cath Kidston

It's that time of the month again, Birchbox time! And this month's Birchbox is a very special collaboration with iconic British brand Cath Kidston to celebrate their 25th Birthday. Yes, they’ve been cheering people up for the past quarter of a century so they couldn’t think of a better way to bring a little sunshine to your month! And for a girl who loves Cath Kidston, florals, and anything shabby chic I was very happy opening up my pretty floral box. Now inside the box, you will find a selection of good size samples of five beauty products, and this month includes an exclusive limited edition product just for Birchbox subscribers. So let's take a closer look, shall we?

Model Co. Baked Highlighter in Frosé | RRP £24

This month there's a choice of two shades of this deluxe sample sized of Model Co Baked Highlighter, my choice was this gorgeous shade Frosé. The formula of the new Model Co. blush has been baked to create a weightless powder that glides onto skin for a natural flush of colour. Each shade has a blend dark and light hues swirled through them that, when combined, give you the perfect pop of colour. I really like this highlighter. It's fresh looking without having to apply a lot. I really liked being able to try this baked highlighter and once I have finished this sample size I will be make a purchase for a full size one, however it's going to be a little until that happens because you really don't need too much product to highlight those cheek bones.

Cath Kidston. Hand Cream | RRP £2.50

So the limited edition product for this month is a handbag sized version of Cath Kidston's original hand cream, but repackaged with this beautiful rose print to celebrate their 25th Birthday. I must say, a hand cream is definitely something that I always have available in every pocket, every draw and every handbag and this one smells gorgeous. It actually smells like spring time and it leaves my hand feeling nourished, soft and so silky.

Full & Tame. Brow Gel in Brunette | RRP £8.60

Show unruly brow hairs who’s boss with this easy to use formula. Starting at the inner edge of your brow and moving outward, use short strokes to define and shape with the precision tip brush. The vegan formula is enriched with nourishing aloe leaf extract and glycerin so there’s no risk of crunchy or sticky brow hairs. Being a girl with a lot of brows you could say that I have tried my fair share of brow products and I do feel as if I would purchase this one again, even though I don't usually like using a mascara brush for brows this one is slowly changing my mind.

Hask. Coconut Oil Nourishing Deep Conditioner. RRP | £2.50

Every so often we need that little more me time and what better way than running a long hot bath, relaxing and putting on a super nourishing deep conditioning hair mask? This ultra-restorative treatment will revitalise all hair types. Monoi oil, native to Tahiti, is known for its re-hydrating and softening qualities and for leaving your hair nourished, moisturised and revived. Ideal for all hair types, this deep conditioner’s delicious coconut scent will awaken your senses. Treat your hair with this intense conditioner, formulated to bring life back into your luscious-looking locks!
