MAY FAVOURITES

Hello and welcome to our May favourites for this month. What a month! May 2017 is a month that I never ever want to relive, its been a devastating one for my little family. But we have been strong and we are beginning to get back to normal, thankfully. But despite it being an awful month I do want to share a few favourites with you.

Sanctuary Spa Body Butter (£11.00/ 300ml)

Crammed with luxurious butters from cocoa and Shea, oil from macadamia nuts and sweet almonds, as well as extra protective Vitamin E, this body butter melts into skin and cocoons it in softness. I have been a big lover of Sanctuary Spa for so long and it's just as good as it was when I first came across the brand. What I love about this body butter is the scent, it's so subtle. After a couple of hours application I can still smell the scent on my skin, some body butters can be overpowering. Another reason why I am in love with this body butter is that it sinks into my skin so quickly and doesn't leave my skin feeling tacky.

Peppermint Cooling Foot Spray (£6.50/100ml)

Now that summer is well and truly here I am more than excited to be spending more time in the garden with my little lady, going to lovely walks, visiting the beach and so much more. But during the summer my feet become sore with all the uncomfortable flip flops and can become a little stinky in my pumps. So I have been reviving and refreshing my tired and achy feet with the cooling spray from The Body Shop, which is enriched with English peppermint essential oil, spritz on this foot spray for minty-freshness whenever you need it. Perfect.

Soap and Glory Archery Brow Pencil (£8.00)

This super skinny, retractable, 2-in-1 brow filling pencil & brush is an amazing find. It helps give you maximum control – while taking up minimum space in your makeup case. It shapes, defines and leaves a thicker, fuller, natural finish. This little miracle pencil is perfect for any lady who has no eyebrows. I used this on my sister in law on her wedding day and I was so surprised that it matched her colouring perfectly and it was so easy to apply. I am obsessed with eyebrows and I LOVE this brow pencil. I've a very similar product from a high end brand that is practically identical to this but twice the price! The ultra thin pencil is great for precision and the spoolie at the end is perfect for creating shape! BUY IT!

Kate Moss Sculpting Palette (6.99/Coral Glow).

I am absolutely loving this palette. It's a super cute contouring kit from Kate Moss and Rimmel London. Oh Kate, you little beauty, you really can do no wrong. I have always been a big fan of Rimmel and their Kate Moss products and now they have joined the contour train with this beautiful palette...my new fave! The kit has a highlighter, a contour and a blush which is available in three shades : #001 Golden Sands for fair skin tones, #002 Coral Glow for fair to medium skin tones and #003 Golden Bronze for medium to dark skin tones. Due to my pale ghost like skin I opted for the Coral Glow and it really is the perfect match for my skin tone. I think that all three shades worked great together and helped me get the contoured look without looking over the top. For me, my favourite part of the palette has to be the blush, in fact I would go as far to say that I am so in LOVE with the blush and it's been the perfect colour for summer. It is also small enough to pop into a handbag without having to bring a truckload of makeup with you for the same effect.

Soap and Glory Hand Maid (£2.50/50ml)

A fresh, fruity floral scented antibacterial gel with natural grapefruit extract. This hand sanitizer is a special formula for tube, air travel and commuter use. It contains moisturising ingredients to help soften the skin, scented with their Original Pink fragrance. Now, I'm not usually one to for hand sanitizers. However... this is different. Not only is it a 50ml bottle of pure heaven but it also cleanses your hands leaving them smelling gloriously divine! Anyone who doesn't rate this amazing product five stars must be extremely foolish as it is definitely my buy of the year so far!
