Frozen Yoghurt Bark with Berries

Nothing says summer like a cool and refreshing dessert and this frozen yogurt bark is a fun and healthy way to do it! Greek yoghurt sweetened with honey, topped with fresh berries and coconut. A delicious treat that the whole family will love.


Frozen yogurt bark is so simple, slices of yogurt dotted with toppings and frozen in the freezer to create a handheld treat. Not only does it create a healthy dessert that is made completely of real food but it requires absolutely no cooking at all, making it the perfect kid-friendly recipe. 

We start off by spreading a generous amount of yogurt onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Then you just pile on the toppings! We like to freeze anywhere from 6-8 hours. Once we break it up, we enjoy some and then freeze some for later. We store ours in a freezer safe bags or container.
