GLOSSYBOX - MARCH 2018: Have a Glossy Spring

Yes, Spring is well and truly on it's way! The sun is shining, we have clear blue skies and my house is full of pretty blooms. I am one of those people who typically say that this is their favourite time of year, but I am sorry to say I am definitely one of those people because I adore spring. It's the prettiest season of the year. And with the whole Spring in mind I want to introduce you to this month's GLOSSYBOX. The March edition is all about welcoming the arrival of spring, something that I cannot wait to do because I am pretty much over the cold, and the wind. This month's edition features five beauty products as usual, however this month there seems to be so fabulous new brands that I have never heard of before. And I must admit I am really enjoying all the new offerings that have been featured in the latest boxes.

If you're new to Glossybox, it's a monthly subscription box that comes packed with both full sized products that cover all areas of beauty from skin care, hair, nails, makeup and everything else in between from brand we all love and those discoveries that become little gems. The box costs £13.25 per month and contains contents that are always over the cost of the box. In a nutshell, you get a box full of goodies all for that monthly price.

So without further ado, let's see what's in the Glossybox for March - Have a Glossy Spring!

Figs & Rouge. Soft Focus Pore Perfect HD+ Matte Veil | RRP £35.00

Let's go all in go in with the product that caught my eye the most, because well, my skin is in serious need of some pore perfecter. Lately, I have been really struggling with my foundation, in that it never likes to actually stay on my face. By the end of the day my makeup has either rubbed off or my skin looks red and patchy. So I need something that may help with my complexion. This pore primer is designed to keep the skin shine free, blur pores and help reduce impurities and tackle breakouts. It can be used along or as part of a makeup routine, something that I have been using under my makeup and it's made such the difference. The product comes out of the tube silky and super lightweight and left my skin completely matte, perfect base for my makeup.

Lue by Jean Seo. Erase Powder. RRP | £11.00

Ok so I must be late to the party of something because I have never come across anything like this before, but they seems to be quite the thing. This Erase is a cleansing, exfoliating and brightening powder all in one which contains milk and oats to gently lift away impurities, leaving the skin soft and PH balanced. This powder has to be mixed into a paste and then it's applied to the skin. Whilst it's still damp, you gently massage it away where it then lifts out impurities leaving skin clearer and brighter in minutes.

Mudmasky. Sleep Repair Renewal Nourishing Mask | RRP £61

Sticking with the skin care theme we have this Mudmasky mask which is made by one of Europe's most premium skincare brands and I couldn't wait to try this one. A mask that hydrates, soothes and smooths the skin using fresh, raw and all-natural ingredients. It's also scented with rose water to help induce a more restful sleep after a long day. Being a parent to a toddler, you could say that I have a late night a few times a week so this mask is something that I need to use. I also like the fact that this is an overnight mask, something I have never tried so I am going to enjoy and indulge.

Laura Geller. Illuminating Stick in Ballerina | RRP £19

So moving onto some makeup products in the box, I am familiar with Laura Geller after becoming obsessed with the foundation powder in another subscription box, but this illuminating stick just looks amazing. It features a handy twist up applicator so that you can easily swipe it on top of those cheeks to help enhance an bronzed overall look. It can be worn on bare skin, or applied on to foundation and another bonus about this wonder stick is that is it oil free so it stands the test of time.

Oryza Beauty. Lipstick in ARWA | RRP £15.95

Lastly we have this beautiful warm nude lipstick that is super versatile for a number of makeup looks. This lipstick is from The Velvet Ribbon lipstick ranges that launches in June but getting a full sized product in this month glossy box was exciting, to say the least. I have to say that this warm nude colour is right up my street and I couldn't wait to get this on my smackers. The lipstick has a weightless, velvet and satin finish with ingredients like shea butter, papaya fruit extract and vitamin E to hydrate.
